More than Mardi Gras

Our organization prides itself on being a little lagniappe or "Something Extra" as it pertains to Carnival Krewes. We are more than Mardi Gras, because we want to celebrate our culture and the beautiful brilliance of the Black Women who make it so special--in all seasons!

That's how we came to be! A group of friends decided to form a Krewe, consisting of women from South Louisiana, who love carnival season and want to give back to our hometown communities. Krewe of Sheba is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

We do that with Joyful Celebrations, Inspiring Initiatives, and Empowering Events that bring us together in unity and love.
